Return Policy

1. Returns of defective products

The customer have the right to return defective products.

The return can be made within 30 days after receipt of your orde,r and the products must keep the labels and other elements. VannelShoes will analyze the noted non-conformities and informed the user if have the right to reimbursement. 

In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and, in the latter case, within 30 days from the day you received the confirmation email of the reimbursement right. The refunds will be issued in the original full payment.

2. Return of products

If not satisfied with your product, you can request the return of the item within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of order. To be reimbursed have to check the following:

•Do not use the product
•Packaging must not be damaged
•Keep labels and other elements
•It has not changed
•Complete pair

The refund will be processed between 10 and 30 working days from the day you received the email confirmation of the right to reimbursement. Refunds will be issued in the original full payment.

3. Size Exchange

If the product is not your size, you can exchange your product for free by following these steps:

Portugal:

1- Send an email to marketing@vannelshoes.com requesting the exchange. VannelShoes also reserves the right to charge recovery costs after 14 days.

2- Go to a CTT point and send the product to:

International:

1- Send an email to marketing@vannelshoes.com requesting the exchange. VannelShoes also reserves the right to charge recovery costs after 14 days.

2- Visit  website www.dhl.com and select your country to find the contact details of your local.

3- Complete and sign the return invoice that you received with your request and fill DHL letter.

4- You will be notified by email once the revolution has been received and processed.
