Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our products from Monday to Friday.
We did not perform deliveries on holidays and weekends.
To receive your order you must ensure that someone is at home for the reception.
Our service does not include scheduling option, the delivery will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier.
A product is considered delivered with signing of receipt in the agreed address.
All orders performed from 1st to 22nd August will be sent in the last week of the month. In December realize your order until 15th to guarantee the delivery of your product until 23th December.
If you confirm your order on a working day up to 13h.00m and make the payment with credit card or via Paypal, your order shall be sent on the next working day.
The delivery can take between 2 to 4 days. If you choose to pay by ATM Reference or by bank transfer, the sending is performed after the payment confirmation. In such situations the delivery can take between 5 to 7 days.
Confirmation when placing the order
At delivery, the customer must check the packaging in order to detect any damage. If you detect any defect or anomaly in the box, please do not accept the order and return it to us.
For any other defect or nonconformity, please consult the Return Policy. Any claim of non-receipt of the order, must be made in a period of 30 days.
Not received your order at the delivery deadline
If you not received your order at the delivery deadline, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request more information about the same. The VannelShoes will check with the transport entity what is the situation.
The exact price of each send depends of the delivery country.
